Our self catering apartment is available for renting in Side (pronounced See-day) - Located in the Antalya region of Southern Turkey .............Privately owned by Audrey + Steve our apartment is situated in a quiet area in the heart of the local Turkish community in the Kemer district of Side, aproximately 30 miles from Antalya airport  

This complex built 2006 is owned mainly by private International + British owners, and comprises a managed site of 62 apartments which surround a 25m swimming pool, toddler splash pool and poolside bar.

Our apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen, including oven + hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all utensils. The lounge area has a 2-person sofa bed, easy chair, TV and DVD player with a large array of DVD's to choose from. The lounge door opens onto its' own balcony, with table and patio furniture. The lounge level also has a shower room and toilet.

Upstairs there is another shower room and toilet with a washing machine incorporated. The upstairs bedrooms comprise of a twin and a double room opening out onto a balcony which has 2 sunbeds. All rooms come fully air-conditioned which also acts as heating during some cooler months.

The apartment complex is situated only 2 minutes walk from the first of the local shops and restaurants.

The bustling town centre of Side where there are the nightclubs, harbourside restaurants and bars is a 20-minutes walk and the beach is only 10 minutes away. If you don't feel like walking, you can always wave down one of the local Dolmus buses which pass every 2 or 3 minutes.

 Facilities: On site there is internet access, games room with table football, Pool table and an exercise room with running machine and cross-trainer.

 Attractions: In the area are the historical ruins of Side town, Manavgat waterfalls, Aspendos with its superbly preserved amphitheatre, Duden waterfalls, Alanya tower/ harbour, Antalya harbour and market and also the fantastic beach at Side where you can go paragliding, sailing or hire jetskis

Golf and Skiing is also available to be booked at one the many tour operators located in the town.

There are 2 and 3-day trips available to the strange rocky outcrops of Cappadoccia, Pamukkale and Ephesus which are an absolute must do! 

If you don't want to do too much cooking of your own there are many restaurants in Side, catering for all tastes including Turkish, German, English and Italian cuisine.
